ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Creates and fosters a positive environment at all times

• Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to at all times

• Knowledge of reservation, phone and POS system(s)

• Adhere to the expectations of the secret shopper criteria

• Take food and drink orders promptly

• A full knowledge of all menu items both food and drink.

• Able to take any Guest on a tour of what we are and what we have to offer

• Assist in maintaining and clearing tables during dining experience

• Assist in host, bus, and runner tasks, it is all of our jobs to get the job done

• Constant communication with the team and MOD

• Understands when to ask for help, within the team

• Handling and communicating guest special needs or requests

• Knowledge of guest dietary restrictions and preferences

• Knowledge of hours of operation, entertainment schedules, restaurant address/phone number

• Adheres to all safe cash handling procedures/payments

• Performs all other duties as assigned by management team
